Location: Gym
Timeline: 2261.188 1600

Cole's eyes narrowed thoughtfully as he watched Bec leave. While he paid little attention to rumors, how others were reacting to her chosen lifestyle had him curious. It was the 23rd Century after all. Diversity in social and sexual morals were not uncommon.

Disappointed about it all, he sighed, looking around. Although, he wasn’t one for working out at the gym, the thought hit him since he was there, and had some free time, he might as well. With a glance around the gym equipment, Cole set his sight on a bench press.

After having changed in the locker room, he was pleased to find the gym wasn't very busy. There were those either caught up in conversation or focused on their own workouts to even notice him.

As he laid back, after having set the weights, he found himself over hearing a conversation as two women moved in his direction.

"...sleeping with both the Doctor and the First Officer."

"Both, as in at the same time?!"

"Yes and that’s not all...oh...shit.." Both women slowed as they seen him. Looking uncomfortable, they turned and headed away.

Unfortunately, it was too late. Cole let his arms fall to the side and just laid there. His eyes moved as if he was searching. Wow.. He hadn't been expecting that, hadn’t thought about the possibility. Feeling uncertain, not knowing if it was true, and not wanting to repeat the past, he reached up and gripped the barbells to work out, not only his upper body, what he was going to do if it was true.
