Mission: Mission 3 - Coming Full Circle
Location: Xenia's Quarters

A woman with long blonde hair which was pulled back and green eyes rang the chime on Xenia's door.

The off-duty helmsman turned at the sound of the chime. She hadn't been expecting anyone, but she had a couple ideas who it might be. "Enter." But as the door opened, she realized her picks had been wrong. The woman standing there didn't look familiar at all. So how had she ended up at her door?

"Excuse me. I don't mean to disturb you but I am having difficulties logging into the computer. I was wondering if you had noticed anything odd on your shift."

Xenia raised a brow. It was strange that this woman would come to her when she clearly wasn't on duty. Still, she approached to stand in her own doorway. "Apart from the known oddities today--but those weren't computer related--I didn't have any issues myself."

"But I can't log in and I am trying to Navigate the ship. Maybe I need to talk to Captain Cindy and see if she revoked my credentials. I don't really think she would do that, though." The woman looked confused and concerned.

For a moment Xenia had an image flash into her mind of the woman in front of her. She was clearly in charge, but the brunette still didn't know who she was. Why did she have no idea who this crewmember was? "I'm terribly sorry, but I don't even know your name." It was quite embarrassing, and it showed as her face flushed.

"You don't know me?" Cat laughed. "How is that possible? Everyone knows me because Captain Cindy and I are both from Michigan and we make the same references. We've served together how long, now? Come now, stop playing games. If you don't want to help me, just say so and I'll bother her. I did promise her some of my private stash of Vernors."

"It's not that I don't want to help. I just can't...recall your name, and, it may mean that I'm the crazy one, but I'm not comfortable giving access to the computer's systems to someone I don't know. I'm sure you can understand that." If the woman was an officer, she should. It was also disconcerting that the woman had sidestepped her question. Still, another vision of the woman conversing with her from the seat next to her own on the Bridge. She frowned trying to concentrate on who this woman was, her vague memories, and what she should do.

Cat frowned. "Are you sure that I don't need to get you to sick bay? I am Lieutenant Catriona MacGowen, Chief Navigator." She put her hands on her hips and said, "This really is not a funny joke."

"No, it's not. Funny, or a joke." Xenia wasn't sure that the other woman wasn't right. Maybe she did need to get herself to Sickbay. She had vague memories of her, but nothing of substance. And since the woman was here now, odds were, she belonged here. "Perhaps you should go speak to the Captain. I...might go get myself checked out after all." Could the Orion's pheromones have messed with her memory? It seemed an odd coincidence for the two things to happen so close together. A trip to see Doctor Sinclair was sounding better by the moment.

"I think that is a good idea," she replied with some hesitation. "It would be good to check in on her anyways," she replied with a knowing smile.

The Helmsman looked to the other woman, wondering what the tone of her voice meant. She quickly dismissed what first came to mind, since she hardly knew the woman, and vice versa. "Yeah, I guess it would." She was still confused as to how she couldn't know the woman. "If you'll excuse me..."

Cat simply turned and left, hoping that her trip to Cindy would be more helpful.
