General Overview		What you see is what you get with Cat. She doesn’t believe in playing games nor does she like being deceived. Trust is something she doesn’t take lightly. She has always been a family person spending her free time from school learning whatever she could about flying. It isn’t that she doesn’t want friends but more that she doesn’t quite no how to make them.

Personal History		Cat was raised near the Western Michigan University flight school where her father was an instructor. Cat was barely five when her mother took sick and passed away. When she wasn’t in school, Cat could be found following behind her father and brothers who all had a love of flying. When Cat turned twelve, she and her father took an old Fokker trimotor aircraft and spent the summer flying all over the world. It was during this time that Cat grew to understand the importance of navigation and found she had a real talent for it. Cat hated school and didn’t see the need for going, after begging and pleading her father finally homeschooled her. By the age of sixteen she was piloting her own plane and received certification and a license. After graduation, Cat was at loose ends, she wanted to work with her father but she didn’t have the experience as a pilot he had so on a whim she signed up for the Academy. It seemed everyone wanted to be a pilot so she majored in navigation with a minor in flight and engineering. Cat struggled at the Academy because she felt the classes were boring and mundane. She had hands on flight experience and had navigated many trips with her father and brothers. It took her almost being kicked out to settle down and do the work. Once she graduated from the academy, Cat was assigned to the USS Destiny. She was an over eager achiever, wanting to be the Chief right away. Luckily the department head took her under her wing and Cat was able to gain the skills to be a team player as well as learn that all good things come to those who wait. After several years of serving, Cat was transferred to the USS Charlington. During her time in there she was instrumental in steering the ship away from dangerous situations. One of which for her a promotion to Assistant Chief Navigator. Cat served there as chief until she was transferred to the USS Raleigh where she dispaired at ever becoming a department head. It was while she was there that her father and brothers were killed while on one of her father’s famous excursions. She took some emergency leave, went home and took care of their affairs, then reported for her next assignment. Cat was happy to discover she was being assigned to the USS Legacy.
